WHAT WILL YOUR DELIVERY COST BE?

R85 Standard Delivery Fee countrywide for orders up to R600

R45 Standard Delivery Fee countrywide for orders between R600 and R1200.

FREE Delivery on orders over R1200

Marico River Honey Bee Co (Pty) Ltd uses JKJ EXPRESS as our shipping / delivery agent.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
SUMMER SHIPPING: SEPTEMBER - APRIL
We will package and ship orders with due diligence at all times with a turnaround time of 4 - 5 business days from order placement / payment received to shipping to you as the customer.
WINTER SHIPPING: MAY - AUGUST
We will package and ship orders with due diligence at all times with a turnaround time of 5 - 6 business days from order placement / payment received to shipping to you as the customer.
You will be advised via email once your order has been collected for shipment and we will
supply you with a tracking URL and number to enable you to track your package.
Please note that certain surcharges may apply for certain remote areas and can,
be found here: https://jkjexpress.co.za/terms-and-conditions/. Should such surcharges have to be added to your delivery cost we will advise you prior to shipping your order.
SHIIPING DELAYS DURING TIMES OF ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS
There may delays during times of adverse weather conditions, like during periods of heavy rain or during winter cold temperatures, which can make it difficult to harvest and process honey at the normal rate. However, you will be advised should such delays occur.
We, Marico River Honey Bee Co (Pty)Ltd, agree that we will always take due diligence to ensure that all orders are shipped on time, as per our order and shipping standard operations procedure, we will however, not be held liable for shipping / delivery delays or packages being damaged or lost, under the following circumstances:

Where an incorrect address was supplied by the customer.

Where a package was received and signed for by a person that was not authorized to do so or that was not appointed by the customer as stated on the delivery waybill.

Any action by our shipping agent’s staff, that causes a delivery delay or package being lost or damaged, during delivery that is out of our control as a company.

Where a package delivery is delayed, damaged or lost during labor, industrial and or political circumstances, like labor strikes and political unrest, or any other circumstance, that is out of our control as a company.

Where a customer has opted to use his/her own shipping agent, Marico River Honey Bee Co (Pty) Ltd, will not be held liable under any circumstances whatsoever, for any delivery delays, package damage, lost packages or any other circumstances that may arise from the use of such an agent by the customer.

Further, as we use an independent shipping / delivery agent, JKJ EXPRESS, it is the responsibility of the customer to also ensure that he/she has read and understand the shipping / delivery agent’s own terms and conditions, which can be found on their webpage,https://jkjexpress.co.za/terms-and-conditions/ and you agree that you are bound by such terms and conditions.
IMPORTANT: When you package gets delivered we kindly ask that you inspect the package for leaks or damage before you sign for the delivery. Should there be signs of leaking or any damage, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. CONTACT OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY and we will advise you what to do.
